Terms of Use for the IP Telephony Option

IP telephony is available only via fiber optics; without a secondary power grid, the service will not function in the event of a power outage. The features of the Coop CSUR 911 emergency service differ from those of traditional emergency services. The IP phone option is not compatible with fax or call waiting. It is your responsibility to contact your service provider to verify the compatibility of your alarm, fire, or security system with an IP phone.
